Who makes your products?

All of our products are homemade by ourselves, although we do use some pre made products that we have sourced - eg Mirrors, Hooks and Legs. Where possible we support local independant bussiness   View all products in our shop

Can i collect if I live locally?

Of course, plus we always love to meet our customers! If you select collect from store we will be more than happy to prepare this for you ready for collection. If you have any questions about our location please contact us.

Worldwide Shipping

Please contact us if you wish to purchase an item and do not live in the UK.   This enables us to get the best shipping rate for you based on the country you live in.

How long will  my product take to arrive?

We strive to get all orders out the next working day and send via a courier service. Please allow 3-5 working days for arrival.   We currently only ship to UK, please contact us if you live outside the UK.   Please note for custom work, shipping times may be longer   Shipping conformation will be sent to you at point of shipping.

Can i return a product if i'm not satisfied

Although we strive for excellence in our products, sometimes they may not arrive how you expected. Please contact us immediately so we can discuss the best solution for you. If you wish to return your product you must contact us within 14 days of shipping / collection

How much is postage for my prduct?

Accepted Answer

Postage is calculated for individual product weight and is based on a courier service / royal mail. Postage will be added when you checkout.

Will we be able to see the products anywhere before we buy them?

Yes of course - we like to attend as many craft fairs as we can to showcase our products. Keep an eye on our events page and social media pages to see where we are heading next- come and say hello, we always love to meet our customers.   For customisation work, we send update photos throughout the build
